this site…

  • Got it’s name from one of our favourite and easiest meals to prepare from scratch: Pasta e Broccoli, an Italian specialty of Calabria learned from rIAm’s parents. If you don’t read Italian, all you need to do is boil your favourite pasta, cook a bunch of broccoli until crisp-tender, then toss everything in a hot pan with garlic and pepper flakes that have been sizzling in extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Yum!
  • Should include a lot more about food, but currently features rIAm and jft excercising their writing muscle and as it turns out, keeping our family and friends up to date on Chicago happenings.
