I’ve made some changes to our site design (via CSS throughout the site and the magic of Photoshop for the banner for any geeks reading) so we now have a new colour scheme and banner for those who are keeping score.
A new look felt like an appropriate way to start the new year and new adventures (more about the latter in the following post).
The web site design still isn’t exactly where I would like it to be, but any major changes, like a new layout and less wonky settings in our archives will have to wait a while. Maybe as long as a year. The web site is an important tool and outlet for us, but the plans we’ve been making deservedly have been taking a whole lot more of our attention the last few weeks and months.
Despite the design, we hope the focus of our site can be our writing and photographs for the time being. Because I can guarantee this new year will bring some content that should easily top anything else we’ve published on this site. Well, at least, I think it will considering the exotic places from which we will be posting.
