I voted yesterday, but for Clinton. Obama gives a nice speech, but I'm far from sold on his substance. And I'm rather turned off by his continued harping on old Iraq war votes.

Thing is, he and Clinton are virtually identical in their policy planks, despite there being ample opportunities to distinguish themselves. Neither of them seem able to integrate the various campaign issues into a coherent, interrelated narrative, so I tend toward the candidate with a sounder policy background.

I have found elements of my perfect candidate in Clinton, Obama, McCain, and Huckabee, and so far have not been inspired or impressed enough by any one of them to the point that I want to actively work for them. Glad to see the campaign is so diverse, interesting, and popular, though.

I find myself incredibly moved by this video and the power of the words expressed. Perhaps because I use words so often, I appreciate their strength and clarity. The variety of faces throughout just grabs me.

Hope you're well. I'll be doing my voting on 19 February here in Wisconsin.
